Tito Puente began incorporating LP Timbalitos into his setup in 1979. With a distinct sound and contrasting quality, the timbalito shells are 9 1/4″ and 10 1/4″ in diameter with a depth of 6 1/2″. The solid brass shell produces a warmer sound, the stainless steel shell produces a very bright and crisp loud sound, and the bronze shell produces a superior and distinctive cutting cascara sound. All LP Tito Puente Timbalitos are sold complete with a heavy duty, fully height adjustable, tilting timbale stand, a cowbell bracket, a pair of timbale sticks, and a tuning wrench. This is a special order item.
