This rare, original Frank’s drum shop tambourine it’s a great addition to any tambourine collection. These tambourines were made and distributed exclusively by Frank’s Drum Shop in Chicago, owner Maurie Lishon. It features 24 German silver jingles, and a shell constructed of two hardwood maple bands securely joined by twelve jingle supporting rods. A rounded slot gives you a very comfortable grip. The original head with its Frank’s Drum shop stamp is in perfect condition. This tambourine is relatively heavy, giving it a unique feel when played.

HIGH QUALITY CONTROL: We have inspected and tested all acoustical, structural and functional aspects of this tambourine. Included are checks for dents, punctures, warpage, manufacturer defects. Condition is excellent.
