Shipment and Delivery of your Order

Your order is carefully reviewed by our office staff before we charge your credit card. Once your order clears security verification and is approved, it is sent to our supplier for shipment. Orders shipped to a different address than the credit card billing address may require extra verification. Delivery time for most domestic new gear orders is 1-5 business days from the day your payment is received and 4-9 business days for international orders. If you require time-definite shipping due to a deadline or event, please contact us before you place your order to confirm delivery time.

We drop ship all new gear orders from multiple locations direct to you through one of our suppliers or from the manufacturer's warehouse. Tracking information will be emailed to you within about 24 hours after your order is shipped.

Vintage Drum Center assumes that our customers will be available to accept delivery of their orders and we do not require a signature on most orders for delivery of products. You are welcome to contact us at 800-729-3111 to request that a signature be required for delivery. Vintage Drum Center does not accept liability for deliveries left outside of residences, or shipments delivered to apartment complex offices or to common drop-off points.

Shipping rates quoted in our Web site shopping cart are for standard ground delivery service within the continental USA. Most orders are shipped by UPS and Federal Express.

International addresses or addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories will be shipped by air. We will contact you with an exact shipping quote for your approval before we finalize the processing of your order. All international orders may be subject to tariffs, import taxes and brokerage fee. These charges are in addition to your order total. Please contact your local customs office about these fees. Sorry, we are unable to export the following products: new drums, new drum sets, drum bags, drum heads and Sabian cymbals.
