Shipment and Delivery of your Order
Your order is carefully reviewed by our office staff before we charge your credit card. Once your order clears security verification and is approved, it is sent to our supplier for shipment. Orders shipped to a different address than the credit card billing address may require extra verification. Delivery time for most new gear orders is 1-5 business days from the day your payment is received. If you require time-definite shipping due to a deadline or event, please contact us before you place your order to confirm delivery time.
We drop ship all new gear orders from multiple locations direct to you through one of our suppliers or from the manufacturer's warehouse. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours after shipment of your order.
If you will not be at home to accept delivery you are welcome to contact us at 800-729-3111 to request that a signature be required upon delivery. Vintage Drum Center can not accept liability for deliveries left outside of your residence or shipments delivered to apartment complex offices or common drop-off points.
Shipping rates quoted in our Web site shopping cart are for standard ground delivery service within the continental USA. Most orders are shipped by UPS and Federal Express.
