The LP Patato Model Fiberglass Congas, 30" tall with wide bellies and narrow bottoms, project deep bass tones and great volume without sacrificing crisp, high sounds. They feature chrome LP Comfort Curve® II Rims, 5/16" diameter tuning lugs and reinforced LP Heart® Side Plates, each secured with a backing plate. The LP fiberglass shells have a steel ring embedded near the bearing edge of the drum shell for added strength/stability. Each LP Patato Model Conga comes complete with hand picked rawhide heads and LP ProCare Integrated Shell Protectors.

Played by professional congueros the world over, these fiberglass drums were developed in 1978 after a recording session with the legendary "Patato." 11" Quinto, 11 3/4" Conga and 12 1/2" Tumbadora are available in your choice of 4 colors. Accessory pouch, tuning wrench and LP Lug Lube are included. This is a special order item - ships in 48 hours.
